WHO WE ARE
We’re a family-owned operation in the business of growing people—we just happen to make corrugated partitions too.
We live and die by the following principles:
SAFETY
QUALITY
SIMPLICITY
SPEED
We are in the business of serving your needs—which we can’t do if we’re competing with you. That’s why we make it a policy to never directly compete with our customers. It’s just one less thing for you to worry about.
We are a single-shift operation right now, operating daily from 6:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday-Thursday. Customer service hours are 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday-Friday.

WHAT IS LEAN PRODUCTION?
Our guiding philosophy is lean production enabled by continuous improvements, two seconds at a time. For more information, see the below links to Paul Akers’ work on lean.
OUR EQUIPMENT
- Die Cutter
Our Premier Die Cutter has been the heavy hitter of our production lineup since we added it in 2013. It can handle partitions between 3-14 tall and up to 48 wide with ease, producing clean slots that assemble quickly and easily.
To run effectively on the Die Cutter, single-wall parts need an air cell at least ½ wide. Double wall parts need at least ¾ on the air cell. Interior cells should be at least 1 wide on single wall, 1 ¼ on double wall. - Slitter Slotter
We’ve owned these since before our current ownership began in 2007. Our Slitter and Slotter centers are able to kick out several sheets a minute, making them great options for taller partitions and all kinds of pads.
To effectively run through the Slitter and Slotter, air cells should be at least 1 wide, and interior cells should be at least 2. - CAD Table
While not as fast as the Die Cutter or Slitter Slotter, since 2020 our Kongsberg CAD Table has let us design custom partitions and pads in a variety of corrugated papers and plastics. The CAD is also equipped with a range of tools, including a perf wheel, crease wheel, and even a pen. Utilizing computer designed drawings allows the CAD to produce parts to spec every single time. The only limits to what the CAD can do are the size of the table (10\9×10\9) and your budget. Be advised that some specs may not be recommended for structural integrity reasons.
Plastic lead times subject to change as resin remains a volatile market. - Baysek
The newest addition to our lineup coming in April 2023, the C-170 Baysek marries the versatility of the CAD with the speed of a die cutter with the added benefit of being nick free. Quick and easy operation allows us to produce large volume runs in a matter of hours rather than days. Additional die costs apply. Dies cannot exceed 55×67. Primary consideration to run on Baysek is quantity and recurrence. - Assemblers
Since 2013, we’ve been able to bolster our production rate with machine assembly. The first assembler proved to be such a success that we added a second assembler in 2020, and a large format in 2022. Between the two types of assemblers, we can machine assemble parts between 3-20 tall, and 6-45 wide. Detailed knowledge of our assembly rate and capabilities allows us to predict with accuracy how long a job will take to assemble, allowing us to accurately build it into your pricing.
